Section 1 Overview:
Sections is the second level of AllStars. Our Section (1) is comprised of 5 local Districts representing about 60 local leagues. Each age group plays a double elimination tournament and the winner advances to Division 2, also known as NorCal.

Dateline July 19: Juniors play 6.5 innings of 0-0 ball before an eagle eyed ump spots and infraction during an intentional walk, resulting in a walk-off balk (!), ending the Juniors’ season. Great work by these young men and rumor has it pizzas and ice cream were had by all!
Dateline July 18: N11s hit the ball hard directly at fielders over and over again and come up a couple runs short. Juniors bats stay ahead of their gloves and they live to fight another day.
Dateline July 17: Still playing! Juniors coast and N11s rally for a 4-2 win in extra innings! Both teams now face the team who beat them Saturday in an elimination rematch. Good luck!
Dateline July 16: Juniors and N11s both put themselves into the tense world of the elimination bracket! Rough start, but it’s nice to know what’s in front of you (everyday baseball for a week!)
Dateline July 4: Intermediates run out of magic (and pitching), falling to homestanding Woodland in the semifinal game at the Section 1 tournament. Congrats to the boys and coaches on a banner and an extended run!
Dateline July 3: Intermediates avenges their game1 loss, turning the tables on Mark West!
Dateline July 2: First victory in the books for Intermediates, knocking off Fairfield Pacific
Dateline July 1: Intermediates struggles in their opening game, losing to Mark West. They now must win 5 games in 5 days to take the Section 1 banner!
