The cost of running the North Oakland and South Oakland Little Leagues greatly exceeds the revenues provided by the registration fees.
NOLL/SOLL has chosen to keep our registration fees low so that every Oakland, Berkeley, Emeryville and Piedmont child within our league boundaries can enjoy the experience of Little League baseball.
