| Players collect $ for pledges and solicit new donations for flat amount |
After batting thru May 22 |
| Players turn donations/prize choices in to team coordinators |
Monday, May 25 (no cash please!) |
| Last Day for team coordinator to enter prize order into the website |
Wenesday, May 27 (We cannot guarantee prizes ordered after this date) |
| Team Coordinators deliver donations and envelopes to division coordinator |
