| Telephone each player and remind them to bring their donations to next game/practice. Remind them to convert all cash into checks. |

| Players collect $ for pledges and solicit new donations for flat amount |
After batting thru May 11 |
| Players turn donations/prize choices in to team coordinators |
Sunday, May 11 (no cash please!) |
| Last Day for team coordinator to enter prize order into the website |
Monday, May 12
(We cannot guarantee prizes ordered after this date) |
| Team Coordinators deliver donations and envelopes to division coordinator |
