WHAT'S NEW?
This year we have a VERY exciting night lined up for NOLL/SOLL Night at the A's. NOLL/SOLL has reserved 1500 tickets for the May 2nd game between the A's and the Texas Rangers. Building on the highly successful 2007 excursion, this year we return to the Plaza Level, Sections 204-208 (1B side).
This is not a fundraiser, but rather an opportunity to bring as many of our 1200 players and their families together at an A's game, and build community within Teams, Divisions, and the League.
A's NIGHT 2008 INFO
Mavericks returns as our food vendor, supplying us with BBQ Tri-tip and Smoked Chicken options. A's Night tickets are $30 each. The face value of the ticket is $24, and for another $6 each fan will get a BBQ dinner, and an entry in the raffle.
Tickets will be assigned on a first-come first-served basis, Please do NOT wait for the last people to decide if they want to go. Set a deadline for your team, the sooner the better, and then get your order in. If people decide later they want to go they can ask if any tickets are still available. Please call me with any questions. At right is a flyer for you to distribute to your team, and a tally sheet for you to record the orders and submit with your check. The Parking map (we will be in the bus parking area on the SE corner, enter Hegenberger side), and seating chart are also linked at right.
Once you have collected the monies for your team, you should write one check for the entire amount, payable to NOLL/SOLL, and mail it with the order Tally Sheet to A's Night: 3708 Lake Shore Avenue, Oakland, CA 94610. When I have your Check and Tally Sheet I will assign your tickets.

Mar 12 E-mail sent to A's Night Coordinators. Tickets available for purchase.
Apr 04 Tickets sold as orders received. Co-ordinators should get team orders to me by this date. Try to collect your team orders by Mar 31.
Apr 20 Tickets distributed to coordinators at Chabot Field from 1030a-1p.
Apr 20-May 02 Any remaining tickets reserved as monies received, single tickets, small group sales. Distributed night of the game at BBQ.
May 02 BBQ: 5:00-7:00 pm
